Adult access and age protection
Effective
Erotific is intended for people aged 18 or older. Adults must also be legally permitted to use the service where they are located. Age labels, self-declarations, and verified age assurance serve different purposes.
A declaration is not verification
The adult-access declaration asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to the current rules. The service may store the declaration, policy version, and time with your browser or account so it can apply access controls. This is a self-declaration. It does not check a government record, prove your identity, or verify your age.
If you are under 18, do not use the reading, account, or writing service. Leave this site. Policy, privacy-request, and safeguarding-report information remains available if you need to raise a concern.
What happens after confirmation
Confirming that you are 18 or older allows access to the reading service and permitted adult stories. An essential cookie records that declaration in your browser. It is separate from optional analytics consent. If you do not confirm, do not continue into the reading or writing service; you can still open policy and reporting pages or leave the site.
Erotific currently has no verified age-assurance provider. The adult prompt does not independently verify age, check a government record, or prove who is using a device.
Limits of the declaration
Some U.S. states and other jurisdictions may require stronger age assurance or impose additional restrictions. A self-declaration must not be treated as satisfying every such requirement. The operator's legal review is not complete, and this site does not claim worldwide legal compliance.
You must be legally permitted to use this service where you are located. If you are unsure or use is prohibited, do not continue. Access being available is not a legal determination about your circumstances.
We do not ask you for identity documents
Do not send Erotific a government ID, selfie, full birth date, payment-card information, or other identity evidence as a way to unlock content. The report form and support email are not age-verification services. We do not offer a manual ID-upload route.
If a verified age-assurance service is introduced in the future, its operation and data handling will need to be explained before it is used. This page does not announce or promise a particular provider or launch date.
Raise an age-protection concern
If you believe a minor has an account or material may involve a minor, use Report a concern and select the reason involving a minor, or email help@erotific.com. Provide the relevant URL and a concise description. Do not download, attach, or redistribute illegal material, and do not ask a minor for identity documents.
We may restrict access or publication while a concern is reviewed. If someone is in immediate danger, contact an appropriate local emergency service. The report form is not an emergency response service.
