Adults only and the age declaration

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use this type of service where you are located. Confirm that you are 18 or older in the adult-access prompt before using the reading and writing service. If you are under 18, leave the site. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass the declaration.

After adult confirmation, permitted adult stories can be made available. The declaration is self-reported; it does not independently verify your age or identity. Policy and reporting pages remain available without adult confirmation.

Some U.S. states and other jurisdictions may require stronger age assurance or impose other restrictions. The operator's review of those requirements is not complete. This declaration and access to the site are not a certification of worldwide legal compliance. See Adult access and age protection.

Your account

Use an email address you control, choose a pen name you are entitled to use, and keep your password and private account links secure. Complete email verification before submitting work for publication. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell help@erotific.com if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.

Do not impersonate another person, submit false rights claims, interfere with another account, misuse private review links, or evade safety and rate limits.

Your writing and our limited permission

You retain ownership of fiction and other material you submit, subject to any rights held by co-authors or other rights holders. Only submit work that you created or have permission to use and publish. The fact that a story is available on another website does not give you permission to copy it here.

You give Erotific a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display your material and its associated metadata only as needed to provide the service, including private drafting, moderation, hosting, and the public publication you request and that we permit. This includes the technical providers needed to deliver those functions. This permission does not transfer your copyright.

When publication is withdrawn or material is removed, public display through the service ends, subject to reasonable processing and any limited retention required for backups, safety, disputes, or legal obligations. Do not submit private information about other people without an appropriate right or permission.

Drafts, review, and moderation

Saving a draft does not publish it. New stories and submitted changes are reviewed before publication. We may decline, restrict, remove, or ask for changes to material that conflicts with the Content policy, applicable law, or the rules of the hosting services on which Erotific depends.

Approval of a submission is a publication decision, not a guarantee of legality, accuracy, ownership, suitability for every reader, or permanent availability. We may take another action when new information or a report identifies a concern. Do not submit prohibited material as a test.

To report a concern, use Report a concern. To request review of a moderation decision, email help@erotific.com with the story URL or case reference, the decision you are questioning, and a concise explanation. Do not expose a private review link. We will consider the request; a different outcome is not guaranteed.

Permitted use

Follow the Content policy. Do not submit sexual material involving minors, sexual violence or non-consensual intimate content, unlawful material, threats, harassment, doxxing, malware, stolen work, or attempts to exploit people. Do not use the service to disclose another person's private information, manipulate reports, send spam, or attack systems.

You may read permitted public work for personal use. Downloading or reproducing someone else's work outside any permission they have given remains subject to their rights and applicable law. A link, category label, or pen name is not an endorsement.

Privacy and service changes

The Privacy policy explains how account, writing, preference, support, and technical information is used. Optional analytics follows the regional defaults and choices described in the Privacy policy, with prior opt-in where required. Analytics is not required to use an account or make a report.

Features and availability can change, and the service may be interrupted for security, maintenance, or other operational reasons. Keep copies of work important to you. We will update these terms when rules change and provide any notice required by applicable law. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
