Content policy
Effective
Erotific accepts permitted original text fiction for adult readers. These rules apply to drafts and submissions as well as titles, summaries, tags, pen names, reports, and published stories. A category label never overrides these rules.
Protect minors
Do not submit sexual content involving anyone under 18, including fictional characters, ambiguous ages, or attempts to disguise a minor as an adult. Do not sexualize minors, groom anyone, seek sexual contact with minors, or share material involving their exploitation. All characters depicted in sexual situations must be unambiguously adults.
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. An 18+ label or an account-holder's self-declaration does not authorize exposing a minor to sexual content.
Consent and personal safety
Do not submit sexual violence, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or material that promotes or facilitates sexual abuse. Do not use fiction, metadata, or a report to threaten or harass a real person, expose their identity or private information, or portray identifiable people in non-consensual intimate material.
Do not use the service for trafficking, coercion, instructions facilitating abuse, or any other unlawful activity.
Original work, rights, and accurate labels
Submit your own work or material you have the necessary rights to use. Do not copy or repackage stories from another author or website without permission. Respect co-authors and other rights holders. Do not claim someone else's identity or authorship.
Use accurate titles, summaries, categories, tags, and content ratings. Do not hide prohibited or explicit material behind an innocent label. Do not include private contact details, passwords, account tokens, malware, spam, or links intended to bypass a publication restriction.
Adult access and accurate ratings
Explicit stories must be accurately rated and remain subject to the publication review and safety rules on this page. Readers must confirm that they are 18 or older before accessing the reading service. Permitted adult stories can be delivered after that confirmation.
The confirmation is a self-declaration, not independent age verification. It does not make prohibited material acceptable or establish that every jurisdiction's requirements have been met. Do not bypass age controls through summaries, tags, links, or misleading ratings. Read Adult access and age protection for what the declaration means.
Review, reports, and appeals
New stories and updates require review before public publication. We may hold or restrict material while a concern is investigated. Available actions can include returning a submission for changes, refusing publication, removing access to material, or restricting use of the service. We consider the reported material and relevant context rather than treating the number of reports as proof.
Report a public page through Report a concern. For account, privacy, rights, or moderation questions, email help@erotific.com. Include a public URL or case reference and a concise explanation. Do not attach illegal material, identity documents, or private review links.
To appeal, explain which decision you are questioning and why, with relevant information you can lawfully share. We may ask for clarification and will review the request. An appeal does not guarantee restoration.
Hosting and legal restrictions
Material must also satisfy applicable law and the rules of the hosting services used to operate Erotific. Hosting availability or a prior moderation decision is not a guarantee that a particular work is permitted in every place. We may restrict material or access where necessary for safety, legal, or hosting requirements.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact an appropriate local emergency service. This website's report form is not an emergency response service.
