The Moon's Own Frequency
“It’s quite intuitive, from my end,” I’d explained, trying to keep my voice even, though anticipation was already coiling within me. “I have an app. I can adjust intensity, patterns… respond to you.” My gaze had locked with hers. “If you’re ready, you just need to… turn it on at your end. And hand over the reins, so to speak.”
She’d hesitated for only a heartbeat, a flicker of nervousness quickly eclipsed by that vibrant curiosity I so adored in her. “Okay,” she’d whispered, the single word a quiet surrender that sent a jolt of awareness through me. “I’ll go get it.”
She rose from the bed, the soft fabric of her lounge pants – a vibrant ‘Turkish Tile’ blue I recalled her mentioning once – shifting around her hips. She moved out of frame for a moment, and I heard the soft sounds of her rummaging in a drawer. When she returned, she held the small, sleek device, its deep red color – ‘Crimson Temptation’ was indeed an apt name – a bold statement against her skin.
A slight tremor was visible in her hand, and she took a deep breath. “Alright,” she said, her voice a little breathy. “It’s… it’s on. I think.” She looked at the device, then back at the screen, a question in her eyes.
I opened the app on my phone, a simple interface appearing. “It is,” I confirmed, a small smile playing on my lips. “I see it. Are you comfortable?”
She nodded, settling back against her pillows, the crimson device now discreetly held. “As comfortable as one can be, I suppose, given the circumstances.” A nervous laugh escaped her. “This is… new.”
“It is for me as well, my dear,” I admitted, my finger hovering over the ‘connect’ button. “But there’s no pressure. Only pleasure, if you’ll allow it. We stop whenever you wish.”
Her gaze softened. “I know, Cassian. I trust you.” She took another visible breath. “Okay. I’m ready.”
With a gentle tap, I initiated the connection. On her end, a soft, almost imperceptible hum would have started. I selected the gentlest setting, a low, rhythmic pulse. “Can you feel that?”
Her eyes widened slightly, a small gasp escaping her lips. “Oh! Yes. Wow. That’s… subtle.” She shifted slightly. “Like a whisper.”
“A prelude, perhaps,” I murmured, watching her reactions closely. The courtly language felt natural, a way to frame this intensely intimate act with a layer of decorum, even as my own pulse quickened. “How does it feel?”
“It’s… nice,” she breathed, her head tilting back a fraction. “A soft thrum. Like… like the beginning of a song you know will build.”
“Indeed,” I agreed, my voice low. “And like any good piece of music, it requires a sensitive conductor.” I slowly increased the intensity, just a fraction, the pulses becoming a little more defined. “There. Still gentle, but a little more insistent. Like a question.”
Elara’s breath hitched again. “A question I’m very happy to answer,” she managed, a small smile playing on her lips, though her eyes were starting to darken with burgeoning pleasure. “It’s… it’s warmer now. More… present.”
We settled into a rhythm, her reactions guiding my adjustments. I kept the setting low, allowing the sensation to build slowly, like a tide coming in. Our conversation flowed around it, intimate and unhurried.
“You look exquisite like this, Elara,” I told her, my voice a low caress. “Relaxed. Open. The lamplight catches your skin beautifully.”
She smiled, a flush rising on her cheeks that had little to do with the vibrator. “You always say the most beautiful things, Cassian. Even… even when you’re doing this.” She gestured vaguely downwards, a laugh bubbling up. “It’s quite the contrast. Your courtly words and this… this very uncourtly device.”
I chuckled softly. “Perhaps the contrast is part of the allure. The refined and the primal, dancing together.” I nudged the intensity up another small notch, a gentle crescendo. “How does that particular dance feel now?”
Her laughter died on a soft gasp. “Oh. Oh, that’s… that’s more. It’s… it’s like a deeper note. Resonant.” Her hips shifted almost imperceptibly. “It’s… it’s starting to pull.”
“Good,” I murmured, my gaze fixed on the subtle changes in her expression, the way her lips parted slightly. The tension was building, a delicious thrum in the air between us, across the miles. “Let it pull, my dear. Let it draw you in.” I kept my tone soft, encouraging, even as the desire to push further, to see her truly unravel, began to simmer within me. This was still the overture, the gentle awakening. The symphony was yet to come.
The symphony, indeed, was yet to come, and I found myself increasingly eager to conduct it. The initial tentativeness had melted away, replaced by a growing confidence fueled by Elara’s responsiveness, the trust that shone so clearly in her eyes even through the screen. My own body hummed with a sympathetic energy, a delicious thrum of anticipation that mirrored the device I now controlled with increasing surety.
“Cassian,” Elara breathed, her voice softer now, a little rougher around the edges as the vibrations worked their magic. Her eyes were half-lidded, her chest rising and falling with a quicker rhythm. “It’s… it feels like it’s… deepening. Spreading.”
“Does it?” I murmured, my finger hovering over the controls. I selected a slightly more insistent pattern, one with a rhythmic ebb and flow, like waves against a shore. “And do you wish it to spread further, my dear? To carry you along on its current?”
She nodded, a small, almost imperceptible movement, her lower lip caught between her teeth. “Yes. Please. More.” The words were a sigh, a surrender.
I obliged, increasing the intensity another degree. The low murmur of the device, though inaudible to me, was painted clearly across her reactions – the way her back arched slightly, the flutter of her eyelids, the flush that was steadily creeping down her neck and across the expanse of skin visible above the sheet. The moonlight, shifting as a cloud passed, caressed that flush, making it gleam like pearl.
“Ah,” she gasped, her hands fisting in the sheets beside her. “Oh, god, Cassian… that’s… it’s more focused now. Right… right there.” Her sentences were beginning to fragment, punctuation lost to sensation. Her head pressed back into the pillow, exposing the long line of her throat.
“Right there is precisely where I intend it to be,” I confirmed, my voice a low, steady anchor in the rising tide of her pleasure. I could feel my own breath quickening in sympathy, my body responding to the intimacy of guiding hers. “Stay with it, Elara. Let it build. Don’t think, just feel.” My words were a soft command, an invitation to let go. I adjusted the pattern again, a subtle shift to a more rapid pulse, designed to escalate the climb.
Her response was immediate, a soft cry escaping her. “I… I am. Feeling. It’s… it’s so much. Like… like heat. Liquid heat.” One of her hands released the sheet and fluttered upwards, resting lightly on her sternum, as if to contain the sensation blooming within her. The moonlight caught the silver ring on her finger, a brief, cool spark against her warmth. “Don’t stop. Please. Don’t…”
“I have no intention of stopping, my dear,” I assured her, my gaze drinking in every detail – the way a strand of her dark hair clung to her damp temple, the rapid pulse visible in her throat, the almost painful beauty of her surrender. “I am merely… orchestrating.” I nudged the intensity higher, the vibrations now a demanding thrum against her most sensitive nerves. My own desire was a heavy warmth low in my belly, a persistent ache that mirrored hers, a testament to the profound connection we shared. I could almost feel the echo of the device’s pulse within myself.
“Orchestrating…” she echoed, the word a breathy laugh that dissolved into another gasp as the new setting took hold. “Oh! Oh, god… it’s… it’s relentless now. Like… like a drumbeat. Inside me.” Her hips began to move in small, restless circles, an instinctive response to the escalating rhythm. Her sentences were shattering, becoming single words, soft exclamations. “So… so good. Cassian… your voice… it’s…”
“It’s here with you,” I finished for her, my own voice rougher now, textured with the shared intensity. “As I am with you, Elara. In every pulse. Every sigh.” I leaned closer to my screen, as if I could bridge the physical gap through sheer will, through the magnetic pull of her unraveling. The courtly restraint I usually maintained was fraying, replaced by a raw, focused need to see her, to feel her, through this digital conduit. “Let it take you. Let go. I’ve got you.”
