The Velvet Hour
“You’re so beautiful like this,” Morgan murmured, their lips trailing hot kisses down Leo’s throat. “So brave. So perfectly you.”
Leo arched into the touch, his breath catching. “I feel beautiful,” he admitted, his voice trembling with the revelation. “With you, I feel… whole.”
Morgan growled low in approval, their teeth nipping gently at Leo’s collarbone. “I want to worship every inch of you,” they promised, their hands sliding up Leo’s stockinged thighs. “Until all you know is how cherished you are.”
“Please,” Leo whimpered, his hips canting upward of their own accord. “Touch me, Morgan. I need—”
Their words dissolved into a sharp cry as Morgan’s fingers found him through the lace, tracing his hardness with feather-light pressure. “Here?” they teased, their eyes dark with intent. “Or perhaps… here?”
Leo’s breath left him in a rush as Morgan’s touch drifted lower, skimming the sensitive skin of his inner thigh, tracing the line where lace met silk. “Everywhere,” he begged, his fingers twisting in the sheets. “I want your hands everywhere.”
Morgan obliged, their caresses mapping Leo’s body with tender precision. They traced the curve of his hip, the dip of his waist, the sensitive valley between his breasts. Every touch was electric, every stroke sending sparks dancing across Leo’s skin.
“Your skin is like cream,” Morgan whispered, their lips following the path of their fingers. “Your curves… God, Leo, you’re a masterpiece.”
Leo shuddered under the praise, his body alight with sensation. He reached for Morgan, his hands clumsy with want as he tugged at their clothes. “Your turn,” he rasped, his voice rough with need. “I want to see you. All of you.”
Morgan chuckled low, a rumble of sound that vibrated against Leo’s skin. “Impatient, darling?” they teased, but already they were shedding their clothes, revealing smooth skin and lean muscle.
Leo drank in the sight, his mouth going dry. “You’re stunning,” he breathed, his hands reaching out to trace the lines of Morgan’s body. “So strong. So… male.”
Morgan’s grin was wicked. “And you,” they purred, pressing him back into the mattress, “are so deliciously female right now. The perfect contrast.”
They kissed him again, deeper this time, their tongue sliding against his in a filthy, perfect rhythm. Leo moaned into it, his legs coming up to wrap around Morgan’s hips, his body arching into theirs.
“Please,” he panted, breaking the kiss just long enough to speak. “Morgan, I need—”
“I know what you need,” Morgan growled, their hips pressing forward, their hardness rubbing against Leo’s lace-clad arousal. “I’m going to give it to you. Every inch, until you’re screaming my name.”
Leo whimpered, his body trembling with anticipation. “Yes,” he breathed, his hands scrabbling at Morgan’s shoulders. “Yes, please, yes.”
Morgan reached for the nightstand, fumbling with the drawer until they came back with a condom and a small bottle of lubricant. Leo watched, his heart pounding, as they sheathed themselves, their eyes never leaving his.
“Last chance to back out,” Morgan murmured, their smile a little strained with restraint. “I won’t lie, Leo, I want you desperately. But only if you’re sure.”
“I’m sure,” Leo said without hesitation, his voice steady despite the tremor in his hands. “I’ve never been more sure of anything.”
Morgan’s grin returned, wicked and warm all at once. “Then hold on tight, darling,” they purred, their hands sliding under Leo’s hips. “I’m about to take you apart in all the best ways.”
They started slowly, a careful, maddening pressure that had Leo seeing stars. Morgan’s gaze was locked on his, drinking in every flicker of pleasure, every gasp and moan.
“More,” Leo begged, his head thrown back, his fingers twisting in the sheets. “Morgan, I need more.”
Morgan obliged, their hips snapping forward in a sharp, perfect thrust. Leo cried out, his body clenching around the intrusion, his nails digging into Morgan’s back.
“God, you’re tight,” Morgan rasped, their voice rough with strain. “You feel so good, Leo. So fucking good.”
They started to move, a slow, filthy grind that had Leo’s breath catching in his throat. Every thrust was a revelation, every roll of Morgan’s hips a fresh wave of pleasure.
“Look at you,” Morgan growled, their hands stroking Leo’s body, their thumb rubbing circles around his nipple through the lace. “Taking me so perfectly. You were made for this, darling. Made for me.”
Leo could only moan in response, his body moving of its own accord, meeting Morgan’s thrusts with eager canting hips. The world narrowed to the slide of Morgan inside him, the press of their body above him, the hot, panting breaths against his ear.
“That’s it,” Morgan encouraged, their voice low and filthy. “Take what you need. Use me. I’m all yours.”
Leo whimpered, his hands sliding down Morgan’s back to grip their buttocks, pulling them deeper. “Harder,” he begged, his voice cracking. “I won’t break, Morgan. I need—”
His words dissolved into a cry as Morgan obliged, their thrusts losing their careful rhythm in favor of something deeper, harder, more urgent. The bed creaked beneath them, the headboard thumping against the wall in a steady, primal beat.
“Fuck, Leo,” Morgan gasped, their forehead dropping to Leo’s shoulder, their breath hot and harsh against his skin. “You feel incredible. I’m not going to last—”
“Don’t hold back,” Leo panted, his own release coiling tight in his belly. “I’m close, Morgan. So close. Please—”
Morgan’s hand slid between their bodies, their fingers wrapping around Leo’s hardness with perfect pressure. “Come for me,” they demanded, their voice rough with command. “Come with me inside you. Let me feel you.”
Leo’s release hit him like a lightning strike, his body arching off the bed as pleasure exploded through him. He cried out Morgan’s name, his vision whiting out, his body clenching around Morgan’s hardness.
Morgan followed a moment later, their thrusts losing all finesse as they chased their own pleasure. They came with a guttural groan, their body shuddering against Leo’s, their lips finding his in a messy, perfect kiss.
For a long moment, they stayed locked together, their breath mingling, their hearts pounding in sync. The vintage clock on the nightstand ticked softly, a gentle counterpoint to the harshness of their breathing.
“Wow,” Leo breathed at last, his voice hoarse and sated. “That was…”
“Everything,” Morgan finished, their lips curving into a lazy, satisfied smile. “You were everything, Leo. Perfect and responsive and so fucking beautiful.”
Leo blushed, his cheeks heating even as his body hummed with aftershocks. “You weren’t so bad yourself,” he teased, his fingers stroking Morgan’s sweat-damp hair.
Morgan chuckled, their body shifting gently inside him. “Brat,” they murmured fondly, dropping a kiss on his nose. “What am I going to do with you?”
“Love me,” Leo whispered, the words slipping out before he could stop them. “Please, Morgan. Just… just keep loving me like this.”
Morgan’s expression softened, their eyes going warm and tender. “Always,” they vowed, their lips brushing his in a promise. “I’ll love you like this always, Leo. In every way you’ll let me.”
They kissed again, slow and sweet this time, a seal on the words between them. And as the clock ticked on, Leo knew that whatever came next, this moment—this perfect, transformative moment—would be etched on his heart forever.
The City of Earthly Desire lay open on the rumpled sheets, the cover’s gilded eye winking in the soft lamplight. Morgan reached for it, their fingers brushing the worn spine. “You were reading this earlier,” they murmured, settling Leo into the crook of their arm. “What’s it about? Beyond the obvious, I mean.”
Leo’s fingers traced the embossed eye as he considered the question. “It’s… about seeing,” he said at last, his voice soft with thought. “About truly seeing the world, and yourself in it. About how the things we desire—the things we hide away—are often the most essential parts of who we are.”
He turned to Morgan, his heart swelling with gratitude. “Like you helped me see,” he whispered, his throat tight. “Like you saw me, even when I couldn’t see myself.”
Morgan’s arm tightened around him, their lips pressing a kiss to his temple. “You were always there, Leo,” they murmured, their voice rough with emotion. “You just needed someone to hold up the mirror.”
They lay in comfortable silence for a while, the clock’s ticking a soft counterpoint to their breathing. The city lights glowed beyond the gauzy curtains, the world outside a distant dream.
“Thank you,” Leo said at last, his voice thick with feeling. “For everything. For seeing me. For… for helping me find this part of myself.”
Morgan smiled, their fingers tracing idle patterns on his skin. “It was always there, darling,” they reminded him gently. “I just helped you unwrap it.”
Leo nodded, his eyes drifting shut as a wave of exhaustion washed over him. “I know,” he murmured, burrowing closer into Morgan’s warmth. “But I never would have been brave enough to do it without you.”
“You’re braver than you know,” Morgan whispered, their lips brushing his forehead. “And you’re going to keep being brave, aren’t you? Keep exploring. Keep discovering all the beautiful facets of yourself.”
“Yes,” Leo promised, his voice a sleepy mumble. “As long as you’re with me. As long as you keep seeing me.”
“Always,” Morgan vowed, their embrace tightening. “I’ll always see you, Leo. And I’ll always want to discover you, just as you are.”
They drifted off like that, tangled together in the soft sheets, the book lying open beside them like a promise. And as sleep claimed him, Leo knew that this was only the beginning—that the confidence he’d found in silk and lace was only the first step on a journey of becoming, of learning to see himself truly, inside and out.
